Federal law prohibits housing discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), national origin, familial status, and disability. North Carolina law provides similar protections.
How I work
- You decide where to live. I search the areas and homes you choose, based on the criteria you set.
- I share objective information — recent sales, property details, commute times — not opinions about who a neighborhood is "right for."
- For schools, I point you to the school district's official assignment information and public data so you can evaluate them yourself.
- For community safety questions, I refer you to local law-enforcement data sources.
- Reasonable accommodations are always available — just ask.
